Daí já fiquei desanimada. Mas adaptei a receita de bolo chiffon substituindo a farinha de trigo por fécula de batata e trocando o açúcar por mel. Adorei a dica do cremor de tártaro nas claras em neve (ficou lindo!).&lt;br /&gt;A massa deu certo e ficou até gostosinha, mas neutra, como vc frisou.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fiz um creme (de maizena com leite, leite condensado e creme de leite) que tive de mexer por hooooras no fogo, que também ficou bom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Consegui amoras pretas e fiz uma calda com pouco açúcar que ficou uma delícia!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Usei um pouco de corante líquido no chantilly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quis complementar o recheio com uma geleia de mirtilos importada roxa linda de morrer (escolhi pela cor). E foi aqui que eu estraguei tudo!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A massa ficou boa, o a calda ficou boa, o creme ficou bom, o chantilly ficou bom... Te garanto que ele é mais bon...</title><content type='html'>Docinho de abacaxi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Te garanto que ele é mais bonito pessoalmente ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Não usei corante na massa, que é feita com aquela batata roxa que é roxa por dentro mesmo e não só na casca. Aqui em Sampa não é  muito comum achar. Se fizer com a batata doce de casca roxa, mas polpa amarela, o bolo não vai ficar desse cor. Não recomendo o uso de corante nem nessa circunstância pq o corante roxo é mto instável e imprevisível, e seu bolo pode acabar ficando azul ou cinza.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Na ganache de chocolate usei umas gotinhas de corante roxo em gel, próprio para chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faz que vc não vai se arrepender!
